Mike Tozier, performs americana, folk, and delta blues influenced music at the Independent Bar Tampa Mike Tozier: one of the longest running acoustic musicians in the bay area, with a barrelhouse style reminiscent of John Hammond, and guitar prowess on his dobro or acoustic guitar to spare. A best of the bay award winning artist, Mike remains a down to earth, salt of the earth fellow, and puts on a heck of a show, merging country, folk, delta slide blues, and americana. January 22nd. No cover.

Dolly Parton, Neil Young, Dan Seals, Hank Williams, Jr., Iris Dement and Glen Campbell all have one thing in common. They have turned to Gove Scrivenor to add his unique and original sound of the auto-harp to their music and albums. A long time musical journeyman and collaborator with many folk and country artists, Gove's own music has been described as an amalgam of high energy folk and blues. We would be inclined to agree with that statement...
"Sunday School for Sinners" presents GOVE SCRIVENOR live at the Independent Bar and Cafe Tampa. Sunday, October 17, 2010 6:30 pm. Come early and join our bluegrass jam from 4:30 - 6:00 pm. Don't miss this legendary singer-songwriter, guitar afficionado, and auto harp genius!!
