A beer first released over a hundred years ago, and named after a Bavarian historian, Aventinus is rarely seen on tap. Brewed with Wheat and Vienna malts, a great combination of subtle and intense, clocking in at 8.2% ABV this wheat doppelbock is sure to give you a moment to think about times past, present and future.
Pours: Cola Brown with a large snowy froth of a head.
Taste: Rye, Yeast, Scent of Bananas and Green Apples with a subdued maltiness. Medium bodied.
