3RD Anniversary Party: Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA + Cigar City Marshall ZUCHOV + Great Divide Fresh Hop!

We're Tapping the Big Guns for our 3rd Anniversary Party!  Our 3rd anniversary only happens once, so we are planning on making October 17th a great time for everyone here at the Independent Bar Tampa. We will be tapping the elusive 120 Minute IPA from the Dogfish Head Brewery.

 Pushing the boundaries of brewing, it is continuously hopped during its two hour boil, dry-hopped once a day for a month while fermenting, and then aged for an additional month on whole leaf hops! Clocking in at 18% ABV and 120 IBUs, it may leave you wondering, is this "too extreme to be a called a beer?" You be the judge!

Also being added on draft for the affair is GREAT DIVIDE FRESH HOP, and CIGAR CITY MARSHALL ZUCHOV!! Come celebrate with us!

GUESS WHAT WE HAVE?!!!! That's right - a keg of limited DFH 120 Min IPA!!! Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV and 120 IBUs, 120 Minute is by far the biggest IPA ever brewed! It's easy to see why this beer is called THE HOLY GRAIL FOR HOPHEADS!
