Peak Organic Hop Noir On Tap at the Independent Bar Tampa

Hop Noir is a Black India Pale Ale or "Black IPA". Aromatic and piney Centennial Hops are the foundation for the beer, with a malt base dark and rich, anchored by organic black malt. What summarises in a dry hopping and kettle hopping during manufacture, the result is a beer that you won't soon forget. Reading a Raymond Chandler novel while drinking it is of course optional.
